The Design | Build Process

  • 1 | Consultation Meeting

    Initial meeting to review the project scope, program, budgets, schedules, etc.

  • 2 | Zoning Analysis

    Review property survey & existing property conditions with the proposed improvements to check for zoning ordinance compliance

  • 3 | Design Development

    Start designing. Designs are presented through floor plan drawings, hyper-realistic renderings & VR walkthroughs. Client-requested revisions are included in order to achieve concept approval

  • 4 | Project Bidding

    After Concept Approval, a bid set will be created for obtaining budgetary project pricing from qualified contractors

  • 5 | Construction Documents

    With budgets confirmed, we now finalize the design. Appropriate details are added to create a Construction Document package for permits & construction.

  • 6 | Manage & Build

    It’s time to see the project come to life! We assist the client with managing the project with their selected contractor(s)
